I reserve the right to decline commission requests.

I have the right to post commissioned work on my social media accounts. However, I will not post finished pieces upon request.

Commissions will be completed within 3 days to 2 weeks. Rush orders incur an extra fee.

The client must provide written clear details and at least 2-3 visual references of their requested character(s).

3 free revisions are included during the sketch phase; extra revisions incur a fee.

Artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes using the art as icons, banners, wallpapers and references.

When using my artwork (e.g., icons, headers), the client must credit my social media and not claim my work as their own.

Commercial use is NOT ALLOWED. This includes reselling and distributing my art, using them to advertise, NFTs, AI feeding and any uses that profit from my work. Please email me for business concerns instead.

The client is not allowed to resell my artwork without paying the commercial usage fee.

Tracing my artwork is strictly prohibited.

The client and I agree to keep sensitive or personal information private.

By commissioning me, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of my terms and conditions.

1 copy of the finished piece with a watermark (for posting or sharing).

1 hi-res copy of the finished piece without the watermark.

If a specific size or DPI is required, the client must inform me beforehand.

All files will be delivered in PNG format.

International: PayPal, Ko-fi (USD)

Philippines: GCash, Maya (PHP)

A 50% down payment is required upon commission acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.

Prices are base rates and may increase based on the complexity of the commissioned piece.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. However, if I already started on the sketch, you may be refunded 80% of the initial payment. NO REFUNDS after the sketching phase.
